Our Visit

I always aim to bring my best to every encounter. Below are simple expectations for our visit.

Envelope

Please place the consideration in an envelope or gift bag and present this at the beginning of our date. I prefer zero discussion about this.

Punctuality

Before our meetup we will discuss a time and date. My expectation is that we will start at that time – neither before nor after.

Boundaries

Understand that if I say no, this is a boundary and it is not up for discussion. Pushing past “No” will result in an end to our date. If you have special/unique requests, please make sure we are aligned on this prior to our date. I assume you may know what a special request might be.

Discretion

I will always honor your privacy and expect the same of you. In public, I dress to impress, not to raise eyebrows. I also do not partake in online review culture. Trust & discretion is a 2-way street.

Fresh as a Rose

Before our visit, please be freshly showered. Fresh breath is also extremely important. I always have impeccable hygiene.

Reservations & Canacelations

Safety

Identity verification is non-negotiable. For new friends, we arrange a quick video meet and greet on Signal before our first meeting. I’ve found this allows the first visit to feel more relaxed.

I accept Government ID, LinkedIn, and reputable references as forms of verification, and I require more than one source. A non-burner mobile number is also a necessity. Please don’t contact me if you are not prepared to offer this.

Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, accepted via CashApp or Amazon Gift Card. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation

Life happens — and while I understand that plans may shift, my time is valuable and carefully reserved. Cancellations within 72 hours of our date require a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the full rate. In the rare case I have to cancel, I will always refund your deposit.

Additional Fees

If I need to travel a longer distance than usual, a travel fee may apply, tbd.
For any non-local FMTY of 12+ hours, we arrange & discuss over email.
If I arrange a location, there is an additional $250 to cover my fees. This is due at the time of booking, and in addition to deposit.
When meeting a couple, there is an additional $400 fee on top of normal rates.

Extensions

If I am available, I am happy to extend our date. Please prepare ahead of time for this and be prepared to offer extra consideration.
